The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page 9, section 2, line 194, by striking subsection (g) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(g)  Any balance in the service fees and collections account established by this section which exceeds $500,000 as of June 30, 2003, and each year thereafter, shall be expired to the state fund, General Revenue Fund.;

And, on page 10, section 2b, line 4, by striking “$3000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$1000.”
